Helmut Kaiser and his wife Irmgard took over the bakery. Member of the "Gütestollenverband" (quality stollen association). Shipping of Original Dresdner Christstollen. Instruction aprentices in the professions a baker and shop-assistent in a bakery. Fightig for approbation for their daughter Ingrid to learn her desired profession confectioner.

1978 -

Ingrid Hentschel (now married) passed her bakers master exam

1982 -

Ingrid and Claus Hentschel took over the family bakery

1987 -

Approbation by autorities to build a new oven - it broke at first firing

1990 -

Kapitalism - modification of the shop room, rebuilding of a quality oven. Member of the "Dresdner Stollenschutzverband" (Dresdner Stollen trade mark association) Worldwide shipping of Original Dresdner Christstollen

1995 -

Opening of the first chainstore in the Dorint-Hotel in Dresden. Opening of more chainstores. Yearly paticipation on the "Dresdner Striezelmarkt" (christmasmarket). After succesful apprentisship at on other bakery the oldest daughter Annett Hentschel is already working as shopassistent and instructor in her parents bakery (shop).

1999 -

Again bread and roll delivery after their grandparents model (two routs at the time) Helmut Kaiser gets his golden master certification for his 50th. jubilee (bakers master) First time selling Original Dresdner Christstollen on the christmas market "Striezelmarkt" in Columbus, Ohio.
